Ordering Procedure and Policy
- When all pertinent information has been provided to us, we will fax or email you a detailed quotation, including shipping and handling charges. If you want to make changes prior to ordering, we will issue a new quotation.
- By converting any quotation into an order, you make the final decision and assume full responsibility. Rendering payment shall be construed as full acceptance of the quotation as prepared.
- Payment in full is required when an order is placed.
- Upon placing your order and rendering payment, we will fax or email you an order confirmation. Errors on the confirmation must be communicated in writing within 24 hours. After that, iFenceUSA™ will assume your order is correct and changes and/or cancellations cannot be accepted because the physical production cycle has commenced.
Tracking numbers for your shipment are provided upon request after your order has left the factory. It is strongly recommended that you do not schedule any installation dates until after you have received and inspected your aluminum fence shipment.
Types of Payment Accepted
For your convenience, iFenceUSA™ accepts all major U.S. credit cards. Some exceptions apply, please inquire. When payment is made by credit card, your card will be charged in full when the order is placed. However, if time is not a critical factor, instead of using a credit card you can send your personal or cashier's check to us and take 2% off of your order. When you receive your final quote deduct 2% off the product only, add shipping charges, then send us the check. Make the check out to iFence USA and send it to:

When we receive the check - we will process the order and send you a confirmation! Make sure you add the residential delivery fee of $50, if applicable.
Any errors or material shortages need to be reported within 24 hours of your delivery. If the error was the fault of the manufacturer, customer will not be charged additional delivery fees. If the error was the customer's fault, he will be responsible for cost of any additional products and appropriate delivery charges. All additional charges will be quoted to the customer prior to shipment and shall be processed a s new order.

We do not warehouse already assembled ''one-size-fits-none'' aluminum fencing the way importers do. Instead, we provide customized service, helping to tailor your order to fit specific needs. Our knowledge and experience helps you avoid costly incorrect buying or overbuying and saves you money. Our customer service representatives are skilled and competent to assist you in ordering the right materials for your project, based on information you provide. Then, you make the final decision. Because every order is built to specification when placed, orders are not returnable, or refundable, in full or in part, except in certain pre-approved conditions. Inquire at the time of your order about the return-ability of your particular order, which is at the sole discretion of iFenceUSA™ and its manufacturer. Returns, generally granted only for defective material, must be pre-approved by the iFenceUSA™ and its manufacturer, who will provide a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number prior to the return. Any material returned without this RMA will be refused by the manufacturer. Special orders and/or customized materials are never accepted for return. If purchased material is believed to be defective, refer to manufacturer's Limited Liability Warranty. With the exception of shipping errors not the fault of customer, all material approved for return is subject to a 35% re-stocking fee and must be shipped back pre-paid (at your expense) in the original packing. Returned material must arrive in cartons free of damage. Used, damaged or previously installed materials will not be accepted. A credit will be issued only for material in perfect condition, as determined at the sole discretion of iFenceUSA™ and its manufacturer. Our policy ensures that every customer receives new ''made-to-order'' materials, not someone else's rejects!
Terms Regarding Local Codes and Ordinances
Products ordered from iFenceUSA.com are not guaranteed to be code-compliant for any particular use, intended or unintended, so it is important to be aware of local codes. Buyer shall be solely liable for compliance and shall hold iFenceUSA.com harmless from any lawsuits, fines, etc., arising from non-compliance. This is includes but is not limited to local government laws, zoning regulations, deed restrictions, neighborhood association guidelines, etc. There are no exceptions.
Disputes and Product Warranty
By placing an order with iFence USA™, customer agrees that should an irreconcilable dispute arise concerning said order, the laws of the State of Michigan shall supersede all others. Customer further agrees that venue for any legal action concerning an irreconcilable dispute shall always be Livingston County, Michigan.
