Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty

The manufacturer of all Integrity Aluminum Products™ fences guarantees these products for life against defects in workmanship and/or materials, including a lifetime guarantee against chipping, peeling, or cracking of the polyester TGIC finish for as long as Purchaser owns his fence.

The manufacturer will repair and/or replace, at its sole discretion, fence products purchased from Integrity Aluminum Products™ and found to be defective. The manufacturer and Integrity Aluminum Products™ will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not cover the cost of removal, or transportation charges incurred for the purpose of inspection and validation of the claim for the repair or replacement of the fence. All removal, shipping, and reinstallation costs shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser. Any materials that are suspected of needing warranty action must be shipped to Integrity Aluminum Products™ in Michigan only after written notification to and acknowledgement by Integrity Aluminum Products™. The freight charges must be pre-paid by the shipper. Integrity Aluminum Products™ and the manufacturer will not accept collect shipments.

Customized orders are not covered under warranty unless expressly stated since some customizations, while physically possible to construct, alter product design enough to discourage manufacturer's desire to warranty product configurations not of its own design.

This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper application, installation, or use. Abuse, accident, alteration, negligence, damage in transit, or acts of God are also excluded. Integrity Aluminum Products™ and the manufacturer will not be held responsible for personal injury resulting from a defect in the fencing materials. There are no other warranties except as stated herein, either written or implied. No person is authorized to modify this warranty. Venue for any legal action brought to enforce any right under this warranty shall be in Livingston County, Michigan.

This warranty is issued to the original Purchaser only upon Purchaser's registration within thirty days of receipt of the fence material purchased. This warranty applies only to the original Purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from State to State.
